500 g firm tofu
1 small onion, chopped
1 1 small potato, scrubbed
1 clove garlic, crushed
125 g flour
2 tablespoon vegetarian bouillon powder
2 tablespoon shoyu
Recipe directionsBlend the the tofu, potato, onion and garlic in a food processor. Add the other ingredients (flour, bouillon powder and shoyu). Mix very well and shape into burgers.
Deep-fry the tofu burgers in hot oil (180°C) or bake a greased skillet. You can eat the tofu burger alone as side dish or with bread.
