Lasagna with tofu


2 Tbs fresh herbs (oregano, basil, thyme,..)
4 Tbs vegetable oil
250 lasagne noodles
1 tsp salt
250 g tempeh
200 g tomato paste
600 g tofu

Servings: 6

Recipe directions

Steam the tempeh for 10 minutes and grate it. Add the tomato paste and 1 - 2 cups of water to make it smooth.

Mix the tofu, oil, herbs, 4 Tbs water until smooth.

Cover the bottom of a dish with 1/4 of the sauce. Then add a layer of noodles, 1/2 tofu mixture, 1/2 of the sauce, again a layer of noodles, the rest of the tofu mixture and finally the rest of the sauce.

Bake lasagna for 35 min in a oven at 160°C.
