Tofu dish with salad

Ingredients

300 g tofu
4 Tbs Tamari (Soy sauce)
3 Tbs vegetable oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 glove garlic, minced
1 bunch of salad, torn

Servings: 4



Recipe directions

Cut tofu in slices about 1/3 inch thick. Heat up 2 Tbs of the vegetable oil in a large frying pan. When heated, fry the tofu until barely gold brown. When finished frying, mix well with 2 Tbs of soy sauce. Place tofu in a mixing bowl.

Meanwhile, to make the dressing, in a separate mixing bowl, take 1-2 slices of the already fried tofu and blend, until almost finely chopped. Put in small mixing bowl, with it add the rest of the soy sauce, then garlic, pinch of salt and pepper, and then the green onions, and 1 Tbs of vegetable oil. Wisk well, until blended well. Mix the fried tofu up with the lettuce. When all mixed, mix dressing in the tofu.
