Tofu mayo

Ingredients

4 tablespoon soybean oil
200 g firm tofu
4 tablespoon natural soy milk
2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  salt and pepper to taste



Recipe directions

Combine the soybean oil, tofu, soy milk and mustard. Blend with a food processor until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Store the tofu mayo in the fridge and use within 3 days.
