Miso soup

Ingredients

2 Tbs miso
1 clove garlic
1 large onion, chopped
4 cups of water
1 tsp oil
1 large carrot, sliced
200 g mushrooms, sliced

Servings: 4



Recipe directions

Bake the chopped onions and garlic until soft. Add the mushrooms and carrots. Cook for another 10 minutes.

Add the miso and water and reheat. Serve the miso soup hot.
