Tapioca pudding

Ingredients

1 lt soy milk
5 Tbs sugar
120 g tapioca
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Servings: 5



Recipe directions

Add the sugar to the soy milk and bring to boil.

Mix in the tapioca and continue to boil over medium heat for about 30 - 45 min, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

Can be eaten warm or cold. If you want it sweeter you can serve the pudding with light brown sugar.
