This rice miso is made from organic soybeans and brown rice and has been fermented for more than 1 year in wooden drums. During this fermentation subtile flavours are formed. Rice miso can be used in soups, sauces, dressings, spreads, fish and vegetable dishes.
This rice miso is not pasteurized and contains live bacteria and enzymes which will help digestion.
