Atkins bread


3 tablespoon pecans, finely grinded
3 tablespoon flax seed meal
50 g soy protein
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
70 ml water
125 g heavy cream

Recipe directions

Combine all dry ingredients (pecan flour, soy protein, salt and baking powder). Add the cream, eggs and water and beat very well. Pour the dough in a buttered bread pan and bake 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 F (180 C). Remove the Atkins bread from the oven and allow to cool on rack.
