Sensorial evaluation

This young cheese has almost no odour and the taste is slightly acid and rather weak, a bit tofu-like. This soy cheese is not comparable to normal young cheese. When eaten as such, the product is not fantastic, but on a slice of bread with slices of tomato and pepper it tastes nice. Does not melt in the oven.
