You do not have to go on a wilderness trek to try this snack; you can eat them any time. It is a nice tasting mix of soy nuts, other nuts and dried fruit. Salt and oil are mentioned in the ingredients but you do not taste them. This mix tastes very natural and crunchy. Cranberries are very healthy, but I only found a few of them in my pack.
