Sensorial evaluation

When added to Alpro Soya Natural, a smooth delicious drink is obtained. The resulting shake is a bit reminiscent of melted ice cream, but a bit thicker. Smells like vanilla! The structure is very smooth, which is not always the case with the shakes on the basis of added soy protein. I think that this slimming shake works by the saturation effect of the added fibers (xanthan gum, celllulose, carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum). Too bad that I am not on a diet now!
