These Hot & Spicy Soy Wonder soy nuts are indeed very crispy. They are actually roasted soy nuts, coated with a crispy layer containing whole flax seeds. They taste very good, because the package was emptied very quickly. And they are indeed hot and spicy, as indicated on the label. Soy Wonders also has a lightly salted variant, but we found those a bit weak. This snack contains only 11,6% fat, which is rather low for a snack.
