Sensorial evaluation
This soy protein powder is neutral cereal like taste when mixed in water. The texture is quite smooth. This soy protein powder can also be used to thicken homemade soy yogurt, which tends to be rather watery. In this case, add one or two tablespoons soy protein powder to 1 liter soy milk before boiling the soy milk.

Remarks
Soy protein powder seems expensive but if you only take into account the protein content, it is about 2 times cheaper than commercial soy milk. Pure soy protein powder is less healthy than soy milk because it is more refined and contains less other nutrients such as fibre and vitamins. The isoflavones level of this protein powder is not mentioned on label. This soy protein is also available in 1 kg.
