This soy protein bar is ideal to use as food supplement (lots of soy protein, vitamins and mineral) but is not so delicious as claimed by Genisoy. This bar has a chocolate aroma with some off-odour (vitamins?). Taste is more like caramel and salty. Texture is solid at first but dissolves quickly.
