Sensorial evaluation

The colour is not very nice, a bit hery, but this probably coming from the added calcium (Lithothamnium calcareum) because their natural variant (without additives) is white. The taste is less sweet and the mouthfeel thinner than other soy milks on the market, and therefore this soy milk is very thirst quenching. Zonnatura also has a natural variant made only from soybeans and water, without additives. This drink tastes more watery and neutral. These soy drinks have a long shelf life and are packed in handy sized plastic bottles.

Remarks
