Sensorial evaluation

Soghurt is a very nice drink, comparable with a dairy drink yoghurt. Soghurt taste not sweet and has a nice acidity and fruity peach flavour, that combines very well with the typical yoghurt aroma. The name "Soghurt" is a bit misleading as it suggests that it contains life yoghurt cultures, but since the product is pasteurized these cultures are no longer alive.
