Sensorial evaluation

This soy dessert has a strong and typical chocolate flavour. When comparing to Choco Delice of Alpro Soya, this product tastes a bit less sweet, slightly bitterer and has a much darker colour (more cacao!). This dessert does not need to be kept refrigerated, but tastes better when server cold.
