Sensorial evaluation

The colour of ISOJA soya milk is rather dark. The aroma is weak and reminds of cooked cereals or rice. The taste is sweet and bit cereal-like, but not beany or bitter. No flavours are added resulting in a natural taste.

Remarks

ISOJA soya milk is made from organic and GMO-free soya beans. The soya beans are cultivated in Italy, the same country were this soya milk is produced. ISOJA is sweetened with glucose (grape sugar) instead of normal sugar. The reason for this is unclear!
