Provamel calls this product carefully "spreadable soy". Of course, it is legally not (yet) allowed to use the name "soy cheese". But we will call soy cheese anyway! The texture is a bit like Bouris,, maybe a bit less firm. The taste of the horseradish is quite strong and the cheese taste a bit sour as such, but on a slice of bread it tastes delicious. The ingredients look healthy: no hydrogenated fats as in some other spreadable soy cheeses. Calcium is added under the form of dried algae but the exact quantity of calcium is not mentioned.
