Sensorial evaluation

The smell reminds weekly of cheese but the taste is not typical at all. We only taste the added salt and a bit of acid. The texture is also not typical, more like hard boiled egg white. Their non-organic soy cheese tasted a lot better!

Organic. Completely plant-based cheese alternative. This soy cheese melts and rasps like real cheese.

Remarks

Yakso mentions "Chedd-art" on the label, probably because they are not allowed to mention "Cheddar" on soy cheese.
