500 ml pineapple juice,unsweetened, canned or fresh
250 g fresh strawberries
1 ripe mango, cut in slices
1 ripe banana, sliced
250 ml soy milk
Recipe directionsAdd the strawberries, banana and mango to the pineapple juice. If you have them you can add other tropical fruits too (such as guava, papaya, pitaya,..). Puree until smooth. Add the soymilk and puree again until smooth.
Serve the tropical smoothie with some ice and in glasses garnished with a mint leave.
