Soy protein rolls
Ingredients
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sugar
250 ml soy milk
250 ml water
4 teaspoon dry yeast
600 g wheat flour
150 g soy protein

Recipe directions
Combine the wheat flour, protein powder, dry yeast and salt. Add the soymilk and water and knead with your hands to form a firm dough. If the dough becomes to dry add a bit more water, if it is too moist add a bit more wheat flour or soy protein.Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place (25-30°C). Knead again and form 12 portions in the shape of a roll. Place the rolls on a greased and floured baking plate. Let dough rise again about 10-20 minutes until the dough is double in volume. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 375°F (180°C) during 30 minutes.
Remove the soy protein rolls from the oven and allow the rolls to cool on wire racks.
