Mushroom and miso soupIngredients1 liter water or vegetablestock
2 Tbs dashi (from Asian shop) 100 g mushrooms, sliced 100 g firm tofu, cut in 1 cm cubes 3 Tbs miso 2 stalks green onions, chopped Servings: 5 Recipe directionsBoil the water or stock and add dashi, mushrooms and tofu squares. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Add and dissolve miso.Just before serving add the green onions. Serve the mushroom and miso soup hot. More information about miso soup |
