Evaluation

The spray cream is very stiff and has a same textured as whipped dairy cream. Taste is nice and sweet and dominated by vanilla.

Remarks

This soya spray cream can be stored at room temperature but should be refrigerated before use. Hold the can down with the opening downwards and shake firmly. Hold the can upside down whilst spraying the cream. After use the nozzle of the spray can should be cleaned with water and allowed to dry (with cap removed).
