Evaluation

The taste of Soya Alive is very smooth and rich and quite different from other soy milks. Actually it taste more like a cereal drink. The colour is a rather dark and grey.

Remarks

This soymilk is made from sprouted soybeans, which are non-GMO and organic. The goals of Demeter are vitality, a holistic approach and sustainable processes. The calcium level of this Soya Alive is same as cow’s milk but the calcium is coming from the added seaweed Lithothamnium Calcareum. The seaweed Lithothamnium Calcareum grows in deep seawater attached on the seabed. Lithothamnium Calcareum is a calcareous alga consisting of 95% mineral, mainly calcium. Lithothamnium Calcareum looks like a coral but is in fact a seaweed.
